These chairs are good quality chairs.  They are great when you are hosting guests of a variable number.  Schools, Churches, Boy Scouts, are perfect applications for these good quality chairs.  I am a Boy Scout Leader, I've had them for a while and the scouts haven't broken any of them yet.
