How do I return an item?

Items Delivered by Office Furniture Outlet - White Glove Service
All special order items have a minimum 30% restocking fee for all approved returns and/or exchanges. Contact our office for a return authorization number. Office Furniture Outlet has invested in a 30,000 sq. ft. showroom for our clients to view and test products prior to making a purchase. All of our local deliveries are recieved and inspected in the warehouse prior to delivery. In the rare event that an item is delivered with an unacceptable scratch or dent, please return the item immediately for a replacement.
Items Delivered by UPS and FedEx or Common Carrier
All items delivered by UPS and FedEx should be inspected prior to signing for the items.  Please refuse delivery of any items that may have shipping damage.  Upon reciept of the returned items, replacement product will be sent out immediately.  In the event that you need replacement parts covered under warranty, please contact our office with your order #, and a representative will insure your parts are sent out quickly.
Used Office Furniture
All used office furniture is sold as-is.  No warranty is expressed or implied for any used office furniture.  Used office furniture purchased "sight unseen" is also sold as-is.  Returns and/or exchanges of used office furniture is at the discretion of Office Furniture Outlet management.
